RETURNS: All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the delivery date [no later than the 3rd day after receipt of item(s)]. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS: To return an item, please email sdscompanies@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with your proof of purchase, along with the RMA, and mail to the address that will be provided to you via email and/or telephone support call (after receipt of your initial email to receive the RMA). Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping rates/charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
